Many times dehydration can cause headaches. Start with a glass of clean water and take some deep breaths and see how you feel.

Did you feel tired after breakfast? Did you have cereal and milk? Tomorrow have eggs and whole grain toast and perhaps the increased protein will help you feel better.

Is your child out of control with poor attention and too much energy at the wrong times? Look at the sugar and grain intake and rotate the diet with more protein and essential fatty acids. Many times this helps the brain calm down and behavior improves.
